Sebastian Huber a92989a8bd score: Fix thread deletion on SMP

Close the thread object in _Thread_Make_zombie() so that all blocking
operations that use _Thread_Get() in the corresponding release directive
can find a terminating thread and can complete the operation.

This directory contains the RTEMS SMP Test Suite.

As of June 2011, these tests are known to run on only

+ pcp4 BSP using qemu with 2-4 cores
+ leon3 BSP using grsim with 4 cores
