This commit updates the OCCAN driver locking mechanism: 1. Convert interrupt disable/enable to interrupt locks. 2. Make sure interrupt service routines use proper locking to deal with threads running in parallel.

tests
This directory contains the RTEMS Test Suites. Currently
this includes the following suites:
+ Single Processor Test Suite
+ Multiprocessor Test Suite
+ Timing Test Suite
+ Sample Application Suite
lib
This directory contains src for RTEMS libraries:
libc, board support (including drivers) and libcpu.
exec
This directory contains the source code for the RTEMS executive.
