Moving libmisc from rtems/c/src to rtems/cpukit. * Makefile.am: Reflect new path. * configure.ac: Reflect new path. Use RTEMS_ENV_RTEMSCPU instead of RTEMS_ENV_RTEMSBSP. Remove RTEMS_PROJECT_ROOT. * capture/Makefile.am: Reflect new path.
