	* make/custom/lpc24xx_ncs_rom_ext.cfg: Remove LPC24XX_LINKCMDS.
	* make/custom/lpc24xx_ncs_rom_int.cfg: Remove LPC24XX_LINKCMDS.
	* startup/linkcmds: Remove.
	* Makefile.am: Rework linkcmds handling.
