* libcsupport/Makefile.am, libcsupport/src/newlibc.c: Split libc_init()
into a separate file to avoid linkage dependencies on newlibc.c which
in turn pulls in fclose() and other C library methods.
* libcsupport/src/newlibc_init.c: New file.
