* libcsupport/include/rtems/error.h: Use ordinal constants for
	RTEMS_ERROR_ERRNO, RTEMS_ERROR_PANIC, RTEMS_ERROR_ABORT to avoid
	implicit constant conversion overflows on 16bit-int targets.
