	* Makefile.am, configure.ac: Reflect changes above.
	* spfatal_support/init.c: Print end of test message in case of
	success.  Stop multitasking in the fatal error extension.
	* spfatal03/testcase.h, spfatal07/testcase.h: Use printk() instead of
	puts().
