Jennifer Averett 2ef0328958 smptests: Add smppsxaffinity02.

This method exercises the ability to dynamically get and set
the affinity of POSIX threads.

NOTE: There is no scheduler support for affinity. This is
simply a data integrity test.

This directory contains the RTEMS SMP Test Suite.

As of June 2011, these tests are known to run on only

+ pcp4 BSP using qemu with 2-4 cores
+ leon3 BSP using grsim with 4 cores
