* m68040/Makefile.am: Merge-in m68040/fpsp/Makefile.am.
	Use automake-compilation rules.
	* m68040/fpsp/Makefile.am: Remove.
	* shared/Makefile.am: Use automake compilation rules.
	* Makefile.am: Reflect changes above. Remove CPU_SUBDIR.
	* configure.ac: Require automake >= 1.8.2.
	Add subdir-objects to AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
	Remove CHECK_CUSTOM_BSP.
	Reflect changes above.
