* acinclude.m4: New. * Makefile.am: Remove tar-installation. Prepend @exec@ to SUBDIRS. * configure.ac: Switch to AC_CONFIG_SRCDIR([optman]). Add RTEMS_ENABLE_MULTIPROCESSING. Add RTEMS_CONFIG_SUBDIR([exec]...).
