	This makes it easy to build the pc386 BSP in a configuration that
	corresponds to qemu with COM1 redirected to stdio.

    of reporting an error when coming across a non 1:1 VSID;
    fix: triv121IsRangeMapped() needs to convert segment offset
    into a page index if the vsid argument is non-special.

    vmeUniverse/vme_amd_defs.h: No longer enable posted-writes
    on master windows (creates race-condition on memory-mapped
    devices). A new flag allows for signalling that a window
    maps 'ordinary memory'. Disable VME IRQ level if no
    handler is registered with interrupting vector.
