Script does what is expected and tries to do it as
smartly as possible.

Since the CBS scheduler is inspired by AQuoSA project for Linux, additional API
(qreslib) compliant with Linux has been created.

Add new BSP Boot Command Line helper routines. Recently boot_card()
has grown the ability to have a command line string pointer. These
routines provide an interface to that string.
