	* aclocal/prog-cxx.m4: Let CXXFLAGS default to CFLAGS.
	Don't invoke _RTEMS_FLAGS to set up RTEMS_CXXFLAGS.
	Remove am__fastdepCXX conditional.

	Remove LIB_VARIANT from LINK_*.
	Cleanup comments.
