	Canadian cross RPMs.  It should work like this:
	    cd rtems/scripts
	    ./configure --build=`../config.guess` --host=i386-cygwin
	    make install
	    rpm --target=i386-cygwin \
	        /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/<target>-binutils-..spec.

	    alien -t /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/....i386.rpm
	.. and voila ... your tarball, with rpm-consistency checks etc. applied.
