d0950adfd6 Added port of ppp-2.3.5 from Tomasz Domin <dot@comarch.pl> of ComArch SA. 
Tomasz only tested this on the mpc823.

NOTE:  As of 11/30/1999, the current version of this source is 2.3.10.
