	Remove RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX. Remove superfluous
	%doc directives. Use %_infodir, %_includedir, %_bindir, %_libdir.

	Add further BR's, Reflect addition of gfortran.
	Reflect gcc's changes to "version_string".
