	cfisetspeed(), cfosetspeed(), ctermid(), tcflow(), tcflush(),
	tcsendbreak(), tcsetpgrp(), and tcgetpgrp(). Some of these methods
	are minimal implementations so the tests will have to grow as the
	methods grow.
