6f8e7a6d2b Remove RTEMS_BSP_SPECS, GCC_SPECS. 
Don't manually set up GCCSPEC (Now setup from inside configure).
Remove RTEMS_RELLDFLAGS (Used).

	Remove LIB_VARIANT from LINK_*.
	Cleanup comments.
