* configure.ac: Add AC_CHECK_SIZEOF([CPU_CONTEXT]..).
Add SIZEOF_CPU_CONTEXT to cpuopts.h.
Add RTEMS_PROG_CCAS.
* acinclude.m4: Use unquoted "here" document to propagate $3 to
cpuopts.tmp.

Reflect changes to librpc Makefile.ams.

* aclocal/check-multiprocessing.m4: Remove HAS_MP.
* aclocal/check-posix.m4: Remove HAS_POSIX_API.

* configure.ac: Don't use AUTOHEADER to generate cpuopts.h.
Add local autoheader config.h.
* aclocal/canonical-target-name.m4: Require AC_CANONICAL_HOST.
* aclocal/enable-inlines.m4: Remove USE_MACROS (Unused).
