* Makefile.am: Use @subdirs@ instead of RTEMS_LIBBSP_CPU_SUBDIR.
	* configure.in: AC_PREREQ(2.52), apply RTEMS_CPU_SUBDIRS, remove
	RTEMS_LIBBSP_CPU_SUBDIR.
