bsps: BSP_INTERRUPT_STACK_AT_WORK_AREA_BEGIN

Browse Source 
Remove the BSP_INTERRUPT_STACK_AT_WORK_AREA_BEGIN hack.  The interrupt
stacks are now allocated by the linker.

Update #3459.
