* Per PR94, all rtems/score/CPUtypes.h are named rtems/score/types.h.
	* rtems/score/unixtypes.h: Removed.
	* rtems/score/types.h: New file via CVS magic.
	* Makefile.am, rtems/score/cpu.h: Account for name change.
