* include/bootcard.h, bootcard.c, bsplibc.c: Changed parameter types of
	bsp_libc_init() to match RTEMS_Malloc_Initialize().
	* bsppost.c, bsppredriverhook.c: Include bootcard.h.
	* src/irq-generic.c: Fixed warnings.
