* automake/compile.am: s,${PROJECT_RELEASE}/lib,$(PROJECT_LIB),g.
	* wrapup/Makefile.am: s,${PROJECT_RELEASE}/lib,$(PROJECT_LIB),g.
	* acinclude.m4: Rework RTEMS_CONFIG_SUBDIR.
	* Makefile.am: Reflect changes to RTEMS_CONFIG_SUBDIR.
