	* binutils/Makefile.am: Remove AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
	* gccnewlib/Makefile.am: Remove AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
	* gdb/Makefile.am: Remove AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
