	* aclocal/check-networking.m4: Don't AC_SUBST(HAS_NETWORKING).
	* automake/amcompile.am: Remove $(ARCH).
	* wrapup/Makefile.am: Add $(ARCH).
	Remove compile.am, lib.am.
	Include amcompile.am.
