sparc64: Rename CPU_Minimum_stack_frame

Rename SPARC64-specific CPU_Minimum_stack_frame to
SPARC64_Minimum_stack_frame.  Rename SPARC64-specific
CPU_MINIMUM_STACK_FRAME_SIZE to SPARC64_MINIMUM_STACK_FRAME_SIZE.

Update #2809.
