* Makefile.am: ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS= -I $(RTEMS_TOPdir)/macros.
        Switch to GNU canonicalization.
	* configure.in: Replace AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS with
	RTEMS_CONFIG_BUILD_SUBDIRS.
