* console/Makefile.am: Add $(PROJECT_INCLUDE)/rtems to
	PREINSTALL_FILES.
	* console/mouse_parser.c: Include <string.h> (for strcmp).
	* console/vt.c: Include <string.h> (for memcpy).
	* wd8003/wd8003.c: Include <string.h> (for memcpy, memset).
