* Closed PR57.  The hack is OK as it allows a BSP to override
	or not at its discretion.
	* mpc8xx/timer/timer.c: Removed #warning declaring providing a
	default definition for the macros
	rtems_cpu_configuration_get_timer_least_valid and
	rtems_cpu_configuration_get_timer_average_overhead.
