* include/rtems/Makefile.am: Added termiostypes.h.
	* libc/Makefile.am: Removed termiostypes.h.
	* libc/termios.c: Changed include of "termiostypes.h" to
	<rtems/termiostypes.h> since that is an RTEMS specific header file.
