* aclocal/canonicalize-tools.m4, aclocal/check-tool.m4,
	aclocal/prog-cc.m4, aclocal/prog-cxx.m4:  Replace AC_CHECK_TOOL
	with an RTEMS specific but more restrictive autoconf macro.
