	Remove need_motorola_powerpc;
	Add RTEMS_PPC_EXCEPTIONS([new]).
	* include/Makefile.am: Replace PREINSTALL_FILES with
	TMPINSTALL_FILES, include force-preinstall.am.
	* wrapup/Makefile.am: Apply @exceptions@.
