* new-exceptions/raw_exception.c, new_exceptions/raw_exception.h,
	new_exceptions/bspsupport/irq.c: renamed ASM_BOOKE_PIT_VECTOR
	to ASM_BOOKE_DEC_VECTOR to be closer to 'official'
	nomenclature.
