* Makefile.am, configure.ac, develenv/direct.t: Remove gnu_docs. Now
	included with RPMs.
	* gnu_docs/.cvsignore, gnu_docs/ChangeLog, gnu_docs/Makefile.am,
	gnu_docs/Tool_Doc_Instructions, gnu_docs/gen_docs,
	gnu_docs/gnu_footer.html, gnu_docs/gnu_header.html,
	gnu_docs/index.html, gnu_docs/mk_install_dir, gnu_docs/refcard.html,
	gnu_docs/rtems_tools_index.html: Removed.
