sparc: Rename CPU_Minimum_stack_frame

Rename SPARC-specific CPU_Minimum_stack_frame to
SPARC_Minimum_stack_frame.  Rename SPARC-specific
CPU_MINIMUM_STACK_FRAME_SIZE to SPARC_MINIMUM_STACK_FRAME_SIZE.

Update #2809.
