	* Makefile.am, configure.ac, include/pmacros.h: Add support for readv()
	and writev() including documentation and test case.
	* psxrdwrv/.cvsignore, psxrdwrv/Makefile.am, psxrdwrv/main.c,
	psxrdwrv/psxrdwrv.scn, psxrdwrv/test.c: New files.
