* Makefile.am, configure.ac, console/rsPMCQ1.h, include/bsp.h,
	startup/bspstart.c: Create bsp_get_work_area() into its own file and
	use BSP Framework to perform more initialization.
	* startup/bspgetworkarea.c: New file.
