* aclocal/bsp-configure.m4: Add RTEMS_CHECK_MULTIPROCESSING.
	* automake/compile.am: Add test -d $(ARCH) || mkdir $(ARCH) to all
	compilation rules (Work-around to an automake bug).
	* automake/lib.am: Add test -d $(ARCH) || mkdir $(ARCH) to
	make-library.
