* libnetworking/poll.h: Replace with sys/poll.h wrapper.
	* libnetworking/sys/poll.h: New (Original FreeBSD file).
	* libnetworking/Makefile.am: Don't install opt_ipfw.h,
	opt_mrouting.h, opt_tcpdebug.h.	Add sys/poll.h.
