bsps: Adjust architecture Doxygen groups

Browse Source 
- Use CamelCase as it is not used in our C code.  Enables simple search and
   replace.

 - Prefix with "RTEMS" to aid deployment and integration.  It aids
   searching and sorting.

Update #3706.
