scripts: Tweaked -./-p/-P flags in ascii scripts

- -*/--add-char/--chars -> -./--add-char/--chars
- -./--points -> -p/--points
- -!/--points-and-lines -> -P/--points-and-lines

Also fixed an issue in plot.py/Attr where non-list default were failing
to concatenate.
