* PR 624/bsps
	startup/bspstart.c: When probing the memory, make sure not to
	corrupt the application. Only probe addresses beyond rtemsFreeMemStart.
	* Let IBMPC_outch() convert LF -> CRLF to avoid printk scrambling
	the screen.
