Joel Sherrill ba5ebfc3c7 bsps/powerpc/virtex4/start/mmu.c: Address type-limits warnings 
These changes were made to address GCC -Wtype-limits warnings.
In this case, the "sz" was always >= 0 as it was unsigned.
