Joel Sherrill	bea606aee5	New files. This manual was ritten by Eric Valette <valette@crf.canon.fr> ... and Emmanuel Raguet <raguet@crf.canon.fr>. It was submitted in LaTeX and converted to Texinfo by Joel. At this point, the figures are largely ignored except to put in an example block to show they are missing.
