	allocator/deallocator. Test both pass and fail cases.
	* spstkalloc/.cvsignore, spstkalloc/Makefile.am, spstkalloc/init.c,
	spstkalloc/spstkalloc.doc, spstkalloc/spstkalloc.scn: New files.
