* Nice Update of PPPD support which eliminates the

driver tasks. The functions pppinput() and pppstart() get
called from the interrupt service routine.

Actually main.c and ppp_tty.c should be scratched. The modem
subdir has the real ppp_tty.c and the real pppd main is in pppmain.c.
Tomasz only tested this on the mpc823.
