* aclocal/env-rtemsbsp.m4: Merge RTEMS_BSP_SPECS and
	GCC_SPECS into GCCSPECS.
	* automake/compile.am: Remove RTEMS_BSP_SPECS, GCC_SPECS.
	Don't manually set up GCCSPEC (Now setup from inside configure).
	Remove RTEMS_RELLDFLAGS (Used).
