* mpc8xx/timer/timer.c: Added hack for two macros that are not defined
	with the new exception processing model:
		rtems_cpu_configuration_get_timer_least_valid()
		rtems_cpu_configuration_get_timer_average_overhead()
	This is captured as PR57.
