Browse Source 
* Makefile.am: Merge-in clock/Makefile.am, console/Makefile.am,
	startup/Makefile.am, timer/Makefile.am, wrapup/Makefile.am. Use automake
	compilation rules.
	* clock/Makefile.am, console/Makefile.am, startup/Makefile.am,
	timer/Makefile.am, wrapup/Makefile.am: Remove.
	* configure.ac: Reflect changes above.
